1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at globalwebsitestudios.com, engaging our services, or signing a project agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
Global Website Studios provides professional website design, development, and related digital services. All services are delivered according to the specifications outlined in your individual project proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Project Agreements & Proposals
Each project begins with a signed proposal or agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. The project agreement takes precedence over these general terms in case of any conflict. Any changes to the scope after project kickoff may result in additional fees and revised timelines.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to an agreed milestone schedule. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the creative nature of our work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the direction of your project, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can work toward a resolution.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary content, materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in receiving required assets or feedback may extend the project timeline. You warrant that all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website design and code specific to your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. We do not claim ownership of your content, branding, or business assets.
8. Limitation of Liability
Global Website Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work that has been paid for.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
